I graduated from CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies) in 2020 with a Master’s Degree in Integral Psychotherapy.

​I will ask you questions to understand exactly what is happening with you. For example, if you tell me, “Im anxious”, I won't assume what that means based upon my own beliefs, but rather I will be curious, ask questions and I will try to learn more about what that means to you. Let me help you.
Something in your life is not the way you want it to be and it is distressing you. I specialize in brief, as needed online psychotherapy for individual adults and couples and work from an orientation centered on you which focuses on strengths, future goals and expectations.
